How to Unlock the iPhone 3G Using UltraSn0w

These are instructions on how to unlock the iPhone 3G for use with any GSM cellphone carrier using UltraSn0w.

Before you can follow these instructions you must have a jailbroken iPhone and you must be on the 04.26.08 baseband(modem firmware). This means that you must be running the 3.0 firmware and have used PwnageTool or RedSn0w to jailbreak.

How to Jailbreak Your iPhone on OS 3.0 Using RedSn0w (Windows)

These are instructions on how to jailbreak your iPhone 3G on the 3.0 iPhone firmware using RedSn0w for Windows.

This tutorial can be used to jailbreak before applying the UltraSn0w unlock. UltraSn0w is not released yet. It will be soon. Meaning, if you require the unlock immediately then you should wait to jailbreak until UltraSn0w is released.

Step One
Create a folder on your desktop called Pwnage

Download RedSn0wfrom here or here and place it in the Pwnage folder. Likewise, download the latest 3.0 firmware from below and place it in the same folder.

These are instructions on how to unlock and jailbreak your iPhone 2G on the 3.0 iPhone firmware using RedSn0w for Windows. Before beginning make sure you have updated to iTunes 8.2.


Step One
Create a folder called Pwnage on your desktop.

Download the following files and place them in the Pwnage folder you just created:

- BL 3.9
- BL 4.6

ClearCam Takes Sharper 4 MegaPixel iPhone Photos

Occipital has released ClearCam, an application that improves the quality of your iPhone camera.

ClearCam takes 6 photos in 2.5 seconds, fuses them together using an algorithm called super resolution, and creates a sharper, 4 megapixel photo with less noise. There is also a QuickShot mode that takes 4 photos in under 2 seconds and saves the sharpest to the camera roll.

The capture and enhance steps have been separated so you can keep snapping photos and enhance them later. It typically takes 30-40 seconds for a good enhancement.

We spent a lot of time optimizing our code to make it run fast enough on the iPhone. A lot of our effort went into being able to align photos precisely with sub-pixel accuracy (required for super resolution), and to also do it fast.

In today’s Business 24-7 article, it stated that a new iPhone would be due out in June. It also stated that the current iPhone 3G will be available in UAE on February 15.

June does seem like a logical time for the next iPhone, since Apple usually releases a new iPhone every year.

The latest 3G model will become available on February 15 according to Dow Jones, and etisalat will be targeting private and business users. Both post-paid and prepaid subscribers will be able to use the product and voice, data and SMS services will be available. And the next version of the device, which is due out in June, will be launched in the UAE at the same time.

Etisalat to sell iPhones in UAE, Saudi Arabia

Etisalat has announced that it signed a deal with Apple to offer the iPhone 3G in the United Arab Emirate and Saudi Arabia.

Reuters reports that an advertisement was published in newspapers saying that the smart mobile telephone will be available in the markets of the two largest Arab economies later this month.

Its Saudi affiliate Etihad Etisalat 7020.SE (Mobily) will provide the device in Saudi Arabia, the most populous Gulf Arab country. Etislat owns 26.25 percent of Mobily.

گروهی به نام MeDevil در راه دسترسی به بلوتوث آیفون

این گروه هکر در پی هک کردن بلوتوث آیفون هستند که تا به حال هم به نتایج قابل تحسینی چون پیدا کردن بلوتوث آیفون توسط گوشی های دیگر شده اند. ولی هنوز به ارسال فایل توسط آیفون دسترسی پیدا نکرده اند. به نظر میرسد که این گروه در آینده نه چندان دور در راه هک کردن بلوتوث آیفون به طور کامل به نتیجه خواهند رسید.

iPhone Bluetooth unlock progress

His name is MeDevil and he is working on a project(http://iphonebluetooth.tk/) to unlock the iphone bluetooth. They got some interesting progress in this way, and through an application, developed by MeDevil, and the terminal, they were able to search and find two other bluetooth devices (a sonyericsson phone and an hackintosh) from the iPhone.
